Acquisition Fee

A one-time fee paid to the GP, Manager, or Sponsor upon the closing of an asset acquisition, typically calculated as a percentage of the purchase price. In a tokenized structure, this fee and its payment mechanics may be encoded directly into the smart contract governing the offering.
