A fund with a fixed term and a defined investment period, after which the fund is wound down and proceeds are returned to investors. Tokenized closed-end funds issue digital tokens to investors at or following each closing; those tokens represent the investor’s interest in the fund and are subject to transfer restrictions until and unless a secondary market becomes available.
