The entity responsible for managing a fund structured as a limited partnership. In a tokenized fund, the GP retains full management authority — tokenization does not diminish the GP’s control over investment decisions. However, LP governance rights (such as voting on key person events or GP removal) may be exercised through on-chain token-weighted voting mechanisms. See also: Manager, Sponsor.
