A provision giving LPs the right to remove the GP, either for cause or — in some funds — without cause upon a supermajority vote. In tokenized funds, GP removal votes may be conducted through on-chain governance mechanisms, where token holders submit and record their votes on the blockchain, providing a transparent and tamper-resistant record of the vote.
