A method of distributing profits in which all returns are pooled across the entire portfolio before the GP receives any carried interest. In a tokenized fund, this waterfall structure may be encoded into the smart contract’s distribution logic, with the contract automatically calculating whether LPs have received their full return of capital and preferred return before routing any distributions to the GP’s token address.
