A fund with no fixed termination date that allows investors to contribute capital and request redemptions on an ongoing basis. Tokenized open-end funds are well-suited to blockchain infrastructure, as token issuances (subscriptions) and token redemptions can be managed programmatically through smart contracts, subject to lockup periods and gate provisions.
