Defaulting Partner/Investor

An investor who fails to fulfill their obligations, most commonly by failing to fund a capital call. In a tokenized fund, smart contracts can be programmed to automatically enforce default remedies — such as restricting token transfers or diluting token balances — in accordance with the fund agreement, reducing the administrative burden of managing defaults.
