Fund Expenses

Costs borne by the fund itself, as opposed to costs borne by the GP personally. In tokenized funds, fund expenses may include additional items such as token issuance costs, smart contract development and auditing fees, blockchain transaction fees (commonly called “gas fees”), and token platform licensing fees.
