Management Fee

A recurring fee paid to the GP or Manager for managing the fund, typically calculated as a percentage of committed or invested capital. In a tokenized fund, management fee calculations and payments may be partially automated through smart contracts, with fees automatically routed to the GP’s designated wallet or account on a scheduled basis.
